Availability

3. Ordering Process
Order Acceptance
Your order represents an offer to purchase our artisan goods. We accept this offer when we send your order confirmation email.
Order Verification
To preserve the integrity of our bohemian community, we may request additional verification for large orders or unusual purchasing patterns.
Order Changes
Requests to modify orders must be made within 2 hours of placement by contacting [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once artisan preparation begins.

Each handcrafted piece requires 1-2 business days of careful preparation before beginning its journey to you.

- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delivery Issues
While we partner with trusted carriers, delays may occasionally occur. Please track your package and contact the carrier directly for delivery inquiries.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Our Bohemian Promise
We offer 15 days from delivery date to return items that don’t spark joy in your bohemian wardrobe, provided they meet these requirements:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Items with removed tags or signs of wear
Return Process
Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to initiate returns. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The flowing designs of our blouses, the architectural draping of our tops, and all website content are protected artistic expressions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or website content without express written permission.

Outlet Loometta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
