Our Return Philosophy

Like the artisan hands that create our flowing maxi dresses and architecturally draped tops, we approach returns with care and attention. We offer 15 days from delivery date to return or exchange items that don’t spark joy in your bohemian wardrobe.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our most delicate creations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Items with removed tags or signs of wear

The Bohemian Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Indianapolis atelier at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Returns without a RAN cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • The completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • Your RAN clearly visible on the package exterior

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 3 business days using your preferred shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

For exchanges to international addresses, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
